At Order Pharma USA, we want you to be happy with your order. We aim to provide high-quality products and great service. You could, however, occasionally have to return anything or seek a refund. Please read our policy below for guidance on returns and refunds.
What Can Be Returned?
- Because of health and safety rules, we cannot accept returns on medicines once they have been shipped to you.
- In the rare case that we made a mistake (like sending the wrong or a damaged product), please contact us right away. We will look at each case to find a fair solution.
Return Situations
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of getting the product. Include photos of the damage. We will review it and may give you a refund or a new product.
- Incorrect Product: If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Not Delivered: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us. We will help find your package. If the shipping company confirms it’s lost, we may issue a refund or send a new item.
How to Get a Refund
- To ask for a refund, please email us at info@orderpharmausa.com with your order number, why you need a refund, and any pictures (like for damaged items).
- Refunds will usually be processed within 7-10 business days after we approve them. The money will be sent back to your original payment method.
Cancelling Orders
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Tell us straight away if you have to cancel an order. Cancellations are not available once the order has been dispatched.
Things We Can’t Take Back
- Opened or Used Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on medicines that have been opened, used, or that show signs of being tampered with.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the product has been shipped.
